Free USA shipping on all eligible orders. Delivery to the continental United States is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Handmade to order: production usually takes 3–4 business days before your order ships.

Carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, or ETG Express with full tracking.

Outside the USA: free worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Europe/UK delivery is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch where local warehouses apply. International customers may be responsible for local duties/taxes if applicable.

Returns: easy returns with prepaid labels where eligible. Return to our local warehouse in the USA (UK/EU options also available). Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Personalized custom items follow the return conditions stated at checkout; defective items are covered.
